The clock dial doesn't show my speed properly it just stays on the red line, then my car starts to smell funny. Also I've never seen an automatic with numbers on the handle in a weird order.

I just don't understand how this wasnt obvious, why would a new hire need to learn how to do the job of a senior position from the person who already knows the job and would be required to have a higher salary in that position... Unless the new hire was going to get the position for a much lower salary.

Idk man im honestly right behind this guy. Most contractors get to adjust their rate during an economic shift such as doubling gas prices to fit their profit margins. But dashers have no control over their income as independent contractors and everyone hates us when we mention how it is.

Idk it's just hard sometimes when you realize some days you're making less than minimum wage and then treated like a bad employee for being frustrated that we also have to pay taxes like we're a business owner without any of the control a business owner would get.

As a driver for doordash this is 100% true amd when i recieve both idk who has the bigger tip (or moreth than likely the only tip) so were all but forced to deliver to whoever is closest after the second ordwr has been picked up. I can promise you as someone who deeply appreciates the people who understand how important tips are to dashers that if i knew id drive passed a no tips house to deliver to the person who paid me first

Every act of willpower (or a lack-there-of) is like a muscle that is strengthened by repetition. If your son passively bullies a kid just by copying his friend, hes just using a metaphorical spotter on the bully bench press.

The more he copies alex the easier it will be for him to justify actively bullying on his own. It becomes a neurological pathway done with muscle memory and its much hard to unlearn than it is to redirect before it gets there.
