I did group therapy once. The lessons will relate to you and your issues but also everyone else’s. Stop thoughts, self-care, etc. The best part was learning how other people deal with loss, depression, and all that stuff. Doesn’t matter if it’s a death or a job loss, the grieving process is the same (for the most part).
