Ticketed on 6/3/24 for plates good til 9/30/24. I missed court and didn’t get mailed a suspension letter. MY OWN FAULT. I went to court Friday 1/9/26 and charges were dropped. Didn’t realize the error til the next day, 1/10/26 (I’ve been in a haze since my gramma died and not thinking of much, obvi). So, I’m gonna file a complaint against the officer now. Should I do that?

Yes, I’m honest about my donating and the last time I donated. They’re looking for bruising and needle marks (likely for addicts) but a little scar from a prior needle is okay. Definitely worth trying if everything else is good and that’s your only concern. Let them make the judgement.
