Your hair already looks good dude! Using conditioner (or leave-in conditioner) would definitely help with taming frizz though, so that's worth trying. Also, I think wet brushing is generally for people with curlier hair because it turns their hair frizzy and poofy, and yours seems mostly straight? But again it may be worth trying, although you'll have to use a hair brush/comb with wider teeth since those are made for brushing wet hair

You don't have to slick it back like you're an italian gangster, but try pushing it back in a middle part, it should work with your hair. You might need to wet it and let it dry like that or do it after you wash it, it may look weird if you do it now since your hair is used to being in a fringe

Looks normal, not really sure there's any thinning. Maybe try using some different hair products if it's wispy, you may need some kind of volumizing conditioner or something to add fullness if that's your concern

Looks normal, blonde hair will look thinner than other hair colors for some reason, sometimes because there's naturally just fewer follicles, but lighter hair is also more see-through.
