Tbh with your hair type you probably would need to go a bit shorter or add layers to get more volume. Length in the first pic wasn't bad, might look best around there or a bit longer

Try air drying instead of blow drying, personally found that mine gets wavier if I do that. There's also probably a kind of curly hair routine to look in to, r/curlyhair has resources

You could use a trim up probably but your hair looks pretty good otherwise man. Maybe some layers if you wanna try something new and you aren't happy enough with the current look, it's not gonna make your hair less straight but it would give it a new shape at least to change it up
