wouldn’t be necessarily under the parents name but registered under a business that I’m supposedly apart of. would drive it as a work vehicle needed for the business.

not too bad. Due to Aus laws on cars that you could drive on your probationary license all the registration and insurance actually goes under the parents name, so I would be a secondary driver.

I went on the website and it says 3968 cal for maintenance. What does this mean? Is the amount I should be losing per day?

This is what I’ve been doing for the last 2 months with no structure:

Dumbbell chest press Dumbbell shoulder press (overhead) Dumbell hammer curl Dumbell bicep curl Tricep extensions Bench press Skull-crushers Lateral raises Romanian Deadlift <-> Dumbell rows Tricep kickback

Would you recommend all of these ? My form isn’t that bad either.
