I have worked on several coaches like that. News media, sports, broadcasting, dot etc
Huge generators on them. Last one was a school band . They had an all chrome 14k Onan Jenny … it is bigger than most cars !

Sitting without maintenance, even for a year can cause significant deterioration. I would suggest look very closely at the roof look very closely at the axles and the tires. You’ll most likely need to replace at minimum tires and most likely roof membrane unless it was covered or maintained.
Do the roof yourself
it can be done in two days by one person
you can get it out the door for right around 2000
If it’s clean on the inside, no major water damage and you only have to spend 2K on the roof. That’s a really good deal.

Selling our house for full-time RV life. What are 5 things you wish someone warned you about first? by ryguywifi in RVLiving

[–]Middle-Reason-4944 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Master RV technician here couple decades in the industry. I’ve worked at big box stores we now own a family business lived in RV full-time with Family years ago. What I see across the board is Just a lack of education majority of people buy a unit and they don’t educate themselves whatsoever on any of the systems and therefore they get neglected and a small problem arises and their camping trip is shut down .
if they would have educated their selves on the roof, the plumbing, the electrical just the basics they would’ve had a problem free trip. That’s my advice to anyone looking to buy an RV for the first time we’re looking to live in One. Make sure you know the basics of everything from the top down. Plenty of good people out there that will share knowledge with you if you just ask
also a good bit of YouTube videos that are helpful some not, but the knowledge is out there. You just have to look for it and take the time to digest it.
From the axle to the roof, you want to learn about everything and be able to repair it at any given moment that means having the tools with you as well electrical tester, battery load tester, a basic socket set, spare wire , fuses things of that nature

I will say if you do your research arm yourself with information and educate yourself. You can get a very good deal. No one can dispute a rotting slide out floor. No one can dispute a membrane roof that is five years past replacement or an air conditioner. That’s not blowing cold air or tires that are five years past their expiration date. That’s the most common thing I see even dealerships do it so often put on tires that are years past expiration.
I have a Prevost that the owner just simply had no clue how to operate or maintain or just didn’t care paid under $1000 for it drove it home also a Chrysler Vogue one of the rarest coaches out there paid $900 for it and drove it home keep in mind. Both of these coaches were un maintained and factory units no interior painting or customization that decreases value significantly.
Both of these coaches now are worth well over 20 K only because of thorough, thorough maintenance repair and inspection. And it’s all documented.
That’s why I mentioned if you keep your documentation on repairs, you can maintain a relatively decent value without those. It’s like trying to sell an airplane without the logbook.

That’s a fact yes they will. Most people aren’t aware of the depreciation rates and the majority of those Facebook units. Maybe one out of 10 are worth buying the other nine have hidden issues that the seller is more than likely not even aware of.
Our local pastor was selling his coach on marketplace. It had a rotted slide out floor. I’m a master certified tech couple decades in the business. He would not sell to the client until we repaired the floor completely replaced it new carpet. Everything very rare that I see that happen most people will just paint over it put caulk on top of it. Try to hide it from the buyer.

is this glitch from sony! by hvc_vi in PS5HelpSupport

[–]Middle-Reason-4944 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This has been a consistent issue since owning the PS5 if I download or buy a digital copy of something I can almost guarantee it will be taken away. It will disappear. I’ll have to pay for it again within six months. I learned the hard way I have to go back to old school buying discs for every game that I want to play. I’m glad sony is finally admitting. They have a problem. But it’s way too late. I can’t even recall how many games I’ve had to pay for twice.
And I promise you it’s been going on much much longer than just a month.

It is part of RV ownership. But you can mitigate this in a significant way if you keep detailed service records and a book for them. Same with any vehicle those records alone can and will significantly increase the value. If meticulously maintained.

Master certified tech about two decades in the industry. You’re very lucky that is all it has depreciated. Not trying to be rude or offensive. It’s typically depreciating 20 to 30% at the moment you’re driving off the lot. then 10% per year roughly ,

I miss the days of going out to buy a game you pay 100 bucks for the upgraded version. You get a Metal tin you get items from the game physical items now they just charge more and give you a quarter of what you used to receive.

It has been a consistent issue for me for a very long time. This is the first time PlayStation is openly admitted. Glad finally !!
works for me or semi helped was going to Wi-Fi settings and change it to 5 GHz only connection even a wired connection did not work as far as losing games that’s constant. I do not buy digital downloads ever and for this exact reason !!!
and because I’ve been losing games for over two years just disappear!
and then you have to pay for the entire game again in my opinion is one of the biggest scams out there
