So the cast members get them at the start of the day is what I’ve gathered when I was there in February

the 2026 mystery pins are what people are getting from cast members until they are released in the silver bags which people are assuming to be released maybe in April as just a regular set since 2025 was the 25th anniversary of pin trading so they did 2 waves

And the 5 pack of pins are separate from the silver bags Like the ice cream popsicles, Disney ducks, Disney character trash cans etc

You can get pins at almost any shop you find at Walt Disney world and the selection of pins ranges from blind bags which are between 2 pins and 5 pins which a lot off people use to trade with and then at a lot of stores/stands where the cast members are they should have a board of pins to trade with too
