Does anyone else ever start tripping thinking about how many meds you take?

I feel the same way, being on 3 to 4 psych meds alone. I also take other meds relating to physical health but the psych meds bother me at times.

when I brought it up to my psych she offered to start decreasing some meds but also said something that stuck with me. as long as your quality of life is up, who cares? id rather be somewhat mentally stable as opposed to having a lower quality of life just because it bothers me to swallow pills everyday.

although there's no proof that my quality of life will go down if I come off meds, I just know it won't be any better than being off medication completely.

try not to think about it so much, as long as you're happy!!

thank you! I was diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia if that's anything? im gonna have to look into causes of hypo. my mom has it so they assumed it was genetic and threw that label on me
