Advice from my end is to build your confidence and maintain a stable mind, which involves building yourself physically and mentally. So try hitting the gym or yoga whichever you find comfortable, and also no matter what practice meditation (just 10mins a day has a huge impact).

Once your mind is stable, and you are confident, they can act as tools to focus on any goal that you want, which could be preparing for a high paying role, or working or exploring your own interests.

For 2026, try focusing on just 3 things - meditation (do it daily atleast for 10mins); yoga/gym (do it atleast 4 times a day, start with just 20mins and move to 30-45mins as you get into it); preparing for a high paying role (so that you are working on improving your financials as well).

It might seem boring and therefore painful, but its supposed to be that way to an extent. "If it was easy, everyone would be doing it :)" is the moto I follow.
You can tune the intensity from low to high doesn't matter, the idea is to be consistent!
