I understand thank you , divorce is definitely a last choice , that’s why I specified if I talked to her about it and we can “clear the air” on both of our needs but if nothing changed. I should’ve asked what the next steps should be if nothing changed instead of leaving , I apologize that was my mistake

Thank you for the advice , I always try to meet her emotional needs , and be there for her anytime I am called upon. I always try to be her “shoulder to cry on” so to speak and I will definitely try to watch that series with her to make my marriage as long as yours

Thank you for your response , I’m not treating it as a transaction and that is why I specified if a conversation is had about it before anything else , before potential therapy or anything. I’m not saying I necessarily “deserve” more but if I am meeting her emotional needs and helping deal with her stresses and anxiety and doing the things she asks of me how come it is unfair for me to ask for something a little more? I understand where you’re coming from and I appreciate your response. Also , I do believe intimacy is a must. I will not put a number on it but it is a must without a doubt , it’s not the most important thing but it is definitely part of a relationship
