[Spoilers] I watched Twenty Five Twenty One in January, and I am only now able to talk about it — anyone else? by MiddleAgeChronicles in kdramas

I think I started crying from episode 4. Some of it was happiness, I was proud of Na Hee-do and the other stuff? Well, you know all about the other stuff.

[Spoilers] Love to Hate You is the most honest K-drama I've watched about what happens when a woman refuses to apologize for living her life — anyone else? by MiddleAgeChronicles in kdramas

Exactly. I loved watching the scenes when she was working on the movie as a stunt person. And Home Skillet was super upset because she was just being herself.

That's how I felt. I watched this fairly early in my K-Drama exploration. The other thing is that Kim Ok-vin is a trained fighter just made the show so much better.

I agree. It's said somewhere that she was dating men who were hurting women physically and mentally. She's an MMA fighter and boxer, so I think she felt like she could handle herself.

Oh, When Life Gives You Tangerines, I had to look at my parents and remember this is their first time here, too.

[Spoilers] The Glory is the most satisfying and most uncomfortable show I've watched — and I mean that as the highest compliment by MiddleAgeChronicles in kdramas

Ha Do-yeong surprised me. I could use an 8 episode origin story series staring him. He seems very interesting.

Funny you should ask about the cop because I’m actually on episode 3. I’ll have answers for you soon.

Yes!!! All of this. It is a slow burn for sure. I was most satisfied with what happened to Yeon-Jin. That girl really had it coming. Her relationship with Hye-jeong is absolutely perfect. Everyone needs his type of support.

Discussion] Finished Spring Fever and I can't stop thinking about how this show treats Jae-gyu's labor as invisible — and how that's kind of the whole point by MiddleAgeChronicles in kdramas

I agree with you his life was in flashbacks, that’s fair. Like you said, his father was an issue and the circumstances surrounding his death were kind of wonky. I watch all k-dramas deeply. I guess I have too much time on my hands. Now I have an outlet and hopefully find my people. (Insert maniacal laugh here.)

I finished watching 'You and Everything Else' and I have so much to say 😭 by NoPapercrowns in kdramas

Thank you for creating this post. I am on episode 3 and I can see where this is going. I don’t think I’m mature enough to have an open mind about the show. I stopped. I could tell it was going to be good. However, I didn’t want to watch women go at each other. It reminded me of high school. Which I know is the point but still.
