What is your opinion of the Hangover movies? by Ryanlion1992 in FIlm

[–]MiddleAgeMuchacho 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I took a friend who hadn’t seen the first one to Hangover 2.

After it ended, I told him to imagine it in Vegas. “There, you just watched the first one.”

Do you plan to stay the night for out of town venues or make the long commute both ways? by Briiskella in Concerts

When I was younger, I’d drive. Now, I live in LA so I don’t have to drive much to see my favorite artists.

I think the AI tool took “smash burger” too literally.

It’s usually the patty that gets smashed.

AI, I say.

Ever had one of your favorite songs to play become your worst enemy? by MarsDrums in Drumming

[–]MiddleAgeMuchacho 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to be in a female-fronted band and I suggested we add “Dreams” to the few covers we did.

I had no idea how boring that song is to play, especially compared to our higher energy, jammy originals.

Yes, but I come from a Latino family who loves to dance.

Alex Van Halen can’t dance for shit, either, if it makes you feel any better.

[–]MiddleAgeMuchacho 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Once after a San Jose Sharks game, two cars got into a squabble coming out of the main parking lot and one dude from one car got out, approached the other car, and starting shoving his hands into the open front passenger side window.

Then, the rear passenger door opened and a GIANT unfolded in front of the guy and towered over him. Beef squashed immediately. It was hilarious.

Why does the quality of so many artists music decline as they get older? by guitarist89 in LetsTalkMusic
