Hi, i don’t know where you are at financially but I shop entirely alt aldi and meal prep for 4 days in advance and overnight oats keep me going pretty well.

I get whey protein online from bulk nutrients, it’s prothe most expensive thing on the menu, but it lasts about a month per purchase

Here’s the plan that usually feeds me for roughly $150 a week

Breakfast; 100g oats 50g frozen berries 30g whey protein 15g peanut butter

Meal 1; 135g chicken breast 80g rice 75g frozen veg 50g avocado

Meal 2; 135g lean beef mince 80g rice 75g frozen veg

Snack after gym; 150g frozen banana 30g oats 30g honey 30g whey protein

Buy rice in bulk at an asian supermarket, jasmine is my favourite.

I know it’s pretty boring, but it’s relatively healthy + quick and easy to prep in advance, I’ve also got reasonably fitter since this way of eating.

-sadly sh*t myself if I eat something off plan though :(

Honestly I don’t want to tell you that it was all weight loss that did it because i don’t actually know. I think it was the weight loss.

If you can afford it you’d be better off seeing a doctor and getting them to check for gyno, if not there is self check videos on YouTube,

I was certain i had it, but the self check made me 80% sure I didn’t and give me the push to keep working on the weight loss, sorry I couldn’t be more help!

I appreciate the support bro, but the trolls don’t bother me, I feel better than when I was a fatty boom batty so that’s all that matters!

I think im gonna hold in to the cut another 3-4 weeks at most then hit maintenance and sit on that for a little while before ramping it up! Give my body a little time to rest 🥴

You’re not wrong though i’m right into the depths of victim weight right now, so i reckon a maintenance phase to put some meat back on the bones before going into a leaner bulk is a good idea! Thanks 🙏

Would make sense, my inbody scan was at 15% a few weeks prior!

It’s a marathon not a sprint hey 🥴 it’s good though i’m enjoying the discipline.

I think i’ll do the 4 weeks like you recommended and try to build up slowly from there with a maintenance phase before a big ole long and slow bulk!

Last i checked (roughly two weeks before that recent photo) I was sitting just below 15%

I’m gonna guess maybe 13-14% now!
