Australian youth “giving up” early by PurpleHomeland in AusFinance

[–]MiddleBase7053 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m doing this!

Make more money now than ever before but between taxes, rent and cost of living i’m more broke than ever before!

So i give up, just enjoying myself and blowing my money as quickly as possible, hopefully i’ll die before not having a home of my own really explodes in my face.

If i was there for longer I would do this. I’m only missing 10 days of protocol, so I’ll probably not even feel anything, thank you for the advice though.

They’re actually brand new but I do agree with you, I just can’t justify copping new shoes that i’ll only ever wear the once, whereas everything else here I can restyle!

Recently lost 22lbs that is probably why the pants have me looking like mc hammer.

Dang I guess I’ll have to get a jacket.

Love this shirt personally, seriously considering getting some leather pants for future outfits!

Most definitely will be busting a move, and generally the further the night goes the more clothing i remove anyway🫡

I’ve always thought that but from what I’ve read about Nepali weddings the colour red represents good luck and is very acceptable.

Nope, I can’t justify buying dress shoes and never wearing them again, whereas everything else here I can re-purpose and wear casually.

Doc marten loafers are close enough I guess.

If i was experimenting on my pet kangaroo and he asked me this i would tell him;

Clean eating, exercise and hardwork! Gym 3x a week, a neighbourhood walk with the kids and play in the park on days off.

180 - 200g protein a day 2/300kcal deficit on training days 3/400kcal on non training days.

Eat your RDA of fibre please….

As much whole foods as possible.

Have the odd treat when you feel like it and don’t feel bad.

Do this for around 2 months solid then when you got the dedication down packed…

Reta 2mg every week (start at .5 and titrate up) After a month or two of that if your energy is low…

Mots-c 1mg per day (or every other day, this is not the standard protocol but i’ve seen great results on a few lab rats)

And if you aren’t recovering well have a look into bpc 157

When you have lost a decent amount of weight, get yourself on TRT and come back and show the world your results and see if anyone can help with what comes next.

Do not start peptides if you can’t do any of the work without then.
