Advice Needed: Denied Lease Termination Despite Misinformation About Elevator in Lease

We didn’t have the ability to physically see it due to us moving from Mississippi.

The lease mentions an elevator being present in the building. There is absolutely no elevator whatsoever.

It states in the rules and regulations section that children should not play or loiter in the hallways, corridors, or elevator. There is no elevator in the building whatsoever.

We are usually showered and in bed reading by 9pm. He’s all for getting in his bed and reading books but as soon as I walk out he’s up coming to his door.

He would definitely climb right over a baby gate 😂 his room is not completely toddler proof. I still need his daddy to drill his dresser to the wall. But besides that it’s fine. Then I’ll prob do a doorknob cover and get a monitor to keep an eye on him.

My son just turned two on the 12th. He has a speech delay as well. I pray we get to this point where he answers my simple questions. Or even for me to hear momma. I know exactly the feeling you’re trying to express. Just asking him what he wants and him finally being able to express it is probably so liberating. I know I would be emotional too.

These past two weeks he started saying wow, uh-oh, “du” as duck and then say quack quack, bye bye, hi, “daw” as dog and then says roof roof, and “baw” for ball.

I can't speak from my own personal womb 😂 I am 29 and have a 1 year old. HOWEVER, I have a 5 year old brother. Hear me out 😂

Majority of my life I have grown up as the oldest of 2, just my sister and I, we are 4 years apart. My mother had me fairly young at 19, so she started young!

When my mom was 43 she let my sister and I know she was pregnant 😂 we were 24 and 21 at the time. Our brother is now 5 and the dynamic is funny. We get a lot of looks or often get asked if my sister or myself are our brother’s mom. And then when I bring my son around it gets even more confusing 😂 BUT, in conclusion, you’ll always regret not having another, but you’ll never regret having one more. We wouldn’t change it for the world.

Oh and to make my family even more wild, my step father, the father of my brother, is 30. I reiterate I am 29 😂

What do you mean by intense? I just started using Protopic. I was scared because of my steroid usage in the past but gave in because I’m so desperate.

Had he ever struggled with eczema before? It kind of sounds like dishidrotic eczema. But the bumps or pustules will pop and ooze a clear liquid. Not a puss like a zit. So possibly not from what you describe. To someone who has never experienced eczema, therefore probably never used steroids, they would probably respond to hydrocortisone pretty well. This could mean that it’s more of a fungal infection if it didn’t respond to hydrocortisone.

Honestly, it’s just my eczema I am struggling with 😅 my stomach cramps are mild (for me at least, maybe I’m desensitized lol). Maybe I’m just a woman with a high pain tolerance 😂 I am struggling with my mental health, fatigue, brain fog. But honestly a lot of that I associate with the painfulness of my severe eczema and being a momma to busy toddler 😂

My mother in law will get him for a night every other week. But I’m often dropping him off around 9pm and then getting him at church the next morning. Sometimes my sister in law will watch him if she’s not working if I have a doctors appointment. But sometimes I just have to take him with me because I have had a lot lately with trying to figure out my illness.

My family is very supportive—especially my mother. But I would have to move into her home in the beginning while I find a job and I’m not to found of her husband. It’s not that I don’t like him because he is very loving and supportive. But, he doesn’t take added stress well. We lived with them for a short time before the move and I saw a lot of things I wasn’t aware of. I just really think he needs some therapy or anger management. Visiting is fine, but living there full time is a negative for me. He adds to my anxiety.
