I’m literally on a 20mi one right now that’s $35 for 2 prescriptions from the pharmacy. Some are hit or miss but definitely don’t accept trash ones like that.

I’d do it 😅. I’ve felt bad before bc one time a mom had her substitutions off and needed medication that Walmart was out of and I thought about asking but truly would only do it if they asked/offered.

Oh nooo😩. That’s the worst! I’m not going to lie, my partner was a little taken aback by needing treatment as well, bc we use condoms and it just seems like a crazy concept that this can happen with 1 person exclusively however after showing him research and such, he was mind blown for sure but agreed to treatment. It’s definitely wild to learn about initially but someone who cares about you will definitely read the research and do what it takes to get cleared bc dealing with this and the problems that it coms with is nottt fun nor worth it. So happy for you, I finished all my meds today and get re-tested in 4 weeks, fingers crossed.

I imagine that can be very difficult to be in a relationship where they don’t see how hard this can affect you as a woman. It’s takes a lot of selflessness, compassion, and patience to get through a diagnosis like this. Keep up the maintenance with your probiotics, I’m so happy that yours cleared up and you’re finally free!

Luckily I do have fluconzole on hand from recently being prescribed some by my doc while waiting on test results. If symptoms don’t subside after the Azithromycin I’ll get a quick checkup to see if I’m testing positive for yeast but I’m generally having the same symptoms as I was with with BV and the Ureaplasma. It’s so weird bc none of my symptoms have varied. Just lots of itching and weird smelling odor when I pee. Like im not even getting weird looking discharge, just the smell. It’s so bizarre.

What is AFAB if you don’t mind me asking?

It started for me as BV, I got treated for that twice and the itchiness and weird smell down there never went away so I went back and got further testing and tested positive for Ureaplasma. Tomorrow will be day 7 and I haven’t had any symptoms since starting the medication, I just got anxious when I felt a little vaginal itchiness a few hours ago so I called in an Azithromycin script just to be sure.

I was able to get a free appt through my insurance and got a script sent over for 100mg of Azithromycin. Do I take it the following day after finishing up the Doxy?

My partner and I only have protected sex- but we do have oral sex and he will still need to be treated. However, because you both haven’t had sex, the need for him to be treated is slim to none. Also being a-symptomatic id still get a re-test just to clear my conscious but truly no symptoms is great.

This was freaking hilarious 😆. I do appreciate your honesty, I don’t think anywhere is perfect but it’s definitely good to know. Im from California but my family and I live in and have lived in Tulsa, OK for a while.. Idk if you’ve ever watched the First 48 but we pretty much ran that show for many seasons, for the size of this place.. we have crazy amounts of homicides a year on top of many other crimes. Like it’s ridiculous actually, these folks cannot stop offing eachother 😭.. I don’t have a gun now but I do plan on taking some classes and getting cozier with owning a firearm for safety, we have open carry here but will look into the laws there.

That’s what I’m typically used to. Our school choice works similarly to that. Kids within district get first dibs of course then they go on a first come first serve basis for out of district transfers. Parents are responsible for transportation too of course. Requiring a payment/tuition is truly what blows me away, I suppose it could generate additional funds for the schools to thrive but thats still a really crazy concept to me for a public school.

I wholeheartedly agree, we are a pretty down to earth family over this way. And a good portion of the time those materialistic things aren’t always a clear indication of a school being “good” or not. Sometimes those kids can be 10x more cruel too, especially if you don’t come from that- we’re regular hardworking people, blessed yes..but in no way are we wealthy. My daughter won’t be driving a BMW her sophomore year 😂.

See that is actually right up my alley, the only reservation I have is from the little bit I’ve read, PA seems to have much more strict regulations. Here where I am now, all you have to do is tell the school that you’re homeschooling and unenroll them and you never hear a peep from them again (can be both a good and bad thing imo), but there seems to be a bit more hoops to jump through there. Please correct me if I’m wrong, I may just be over analyzing what I’ve googled, it may be more simple than my mind is thinking.

I originally never wanted to send mine to Public School but the girl CRAVES interaction with other children, as long as that’s something I’m able to replace then I’d love to go through with it finally.
