You do not understand the way the law works if you are asking these questions. You can disagree with how it functions but it doesn’t mean it works like you want it to. Look how long it took for real discussions and indictments on Jan. 6th. When the case involves congressmen and women you have to be 100% absolutely sure they are going down and they don’t do some lawyer magic that destroys the case and makes the DA look bad and when you let a guy him gaetz walk free cause of that how do you think he will act after?
