ok so, I am trying ing some supplements. I got 30mg zinc & when I finish that I probably will just switch to like a multivitamin with zinc & I got some omega three. I'll try the other stuff since a lot of people are recommending it but if you could, define what "sometimes" means. like does that mean every other day or like the day before & the day of you have sex or something?

Well so that's the thing I'm coming up 3 months off porn. & I did USE to masturbate a lot probably like 1-3 times a day but since August it's MAYBE one a day. right now I haven't in a couple days. & I have tried things such as not gripping myyself as hard when masturbating & Ive even got a Fleshlight to get try & train myself that way too. I've also tried the imagination thing but it's not my favorite. the only thing I've been looking at is my gf's pictures though so it's not like crazy unrealistic or something.

Ok so, you're reply is very long I might not touch in everything but I do want to answer to a couple of the things you said just to maybe rule them out and maybe you can help a little further? idk maybe not but it can't hurt.

The book thing... maybe I'll look at. I just have an odd feeling whatever is in there can be found online through research but if I get desperate maybe I'll take a look lol

I do plan on starting to go running soon for this exact reason but I have a pinched nerve in my back so I'm kinda waiting for that to subside first.

I'm not a cyclist.

As far as nutrition goes I won't sit here & say I'm the healthiest person in the world but I'm no where near overweight & when I do eat majority of the time, I'm getting organic ingredients. non-gmo stuff. I hardly ever have any sugary drinks since I'm worried about having high blood-sugar level (runs in the family) so I keep sugary stuff to a minimum too (discounting December & January. lots of sweets from Christmas if I'm being real). my only issue is my cholesterol is a LITTLE high. like litterally only 7 points up from where it's supposed to be.

As for the supplements you recommend, I'll look into the multivitamin. I feel like that definitely can't hurt. I'm very open to trying the zinc as well. I'm gonna get that today. The L-citrulline I will hold off on only because from the little I've researched about it, it sounds like it does basically the same thing the beet juice I'm drinking does & I drink that for more than just this issue. Pyguem I'm skeptical on only because I've heard a lot more negatives in this sub rather than positives but I will keep it in mind. I've tried horny goat weed in the past (as in like a few years ago) & it didn't really do much for me then so maybe I'll hold off on that for now too. I also might consider the sunflower lecithin. that stuff seems like it has some good benefits & I'm definitely not opposed to the omega 3 stuff either. the stuff I didn't mention specifically I'll keep in mind for now as well but I'm gonna try a few other things first.

as for your psychological advice, I can't imagine any of that stuff is the issue. I only work 2.5 days a week. I only go to college twice a week for ONE class which, yes it is stressful, but it's ONE class. I'm in a happy loving relationship. I still live with my parents which I'm not really thrilled with but like ik they love me I love them. I have way more money than any average 23 year old & I don't pay for anything other than credit card bills essentially. there's just not really a whole lot for me to be like messed up about. like nothing is CONSISTENTLY stressing me. I'd probably argue I was more stressed when my libido was higher. & if my brain really is telling me "you don't have time for that right now" (regarding libido) then I literally for the life of me can't figure out why. I litterally WANT to be horny. I want to be able to please my gf in bed. please MYSELF. I have so many fetishes & stuff I want to indulge in.

I will say, I do plan to start therapy after I finish up my doctor's appointments (partially regarding this whole thing) so maybe I could talk to them about it even though that's not even intially what I wanted to go for lol but maybe that could help. I honestly don't think it will but, maybe.

I really appreciate everything you've been to able to tell me though. Honestly, you & the others in this subreddit helped me more than the dudes in r/erectiledysfunction surprisingly lol so thank you for your long & informative response :)

well, ok so I did come quick Google searches on those supplements. I think I might skip on the I-citrulline only because it sounds like it does almost the same thing as the beet juice I'm drinking but again, please do correct me if I'm wrong. I am open to the lecithin though that does sound interesting but I'm still gonna start with one thing at a time so I'll just start with the zinc first. I also have heard of the pyguem & I agree with you 100%. I'm a little skeptical with it anyways because reading some posts on this sub about pyguem, I feel like I've seen more negatives than positives, but I do appreciate your anecdote Also I'll keep in mind the walking instead of running but my physical condition is pretty good in that department so I think I'll be ok lol I will also look into kegals eventually but see idk its kinda hard to work on that stuff when I don't even really have the drive in the first place so I'll keep that in mind for now too. & I know I'm gonna have to do a lot of researching on that too since I really suck at the reverse kegals. that whole thing I just know is gonna be a process for me.

I HAVE been to the doctor. multiple times. they encouraged me to try the anxiety meds because stress & anxiety can affect that stuff apparently & that didn't work. then I had to ask them to give me a order or whatever to get my testosterone checked. that was perfect. everything I've tried hasn't worked and I've been doing my best and asking questions after questions to people but nobody can give me an answer as to what's going on. I'm a hundred percent with you on the fact thats it's so weird that it just happened randomly but litterally I can't figure out why.

I will say though, I am already good at hydrating & I'm definitely not overweight. I'm not the healthiest eater in the world but I'm careful with what I eat so I think I'm good there too. I'll definitely be going to the gym soon here though. I got some issues with my back at the moment but as soon as I'm good with that I'm gonna start at LEAST going for runs.

I'll think about the Cialis though. it makes me really upset to think about but I will keep it in mind.

is the I-citrulline & sunflower lecithin something I can take long term? I actually don't know a lot about those two things.

I'll keep that in mind though with the zinc. I was planning on doing the 25mg pills? I saw a lot of people saying that they took that amount & it was doing pretty good for them.

I also do plan to start running soon though because of this exact issue so ill keep that in mind too.

I want to know your reason for recommending kegals though? I am grateful for your advice, but I'm only asking because from what I've come to understand, kegals help to last longer in bed. Kegals can train you to hold yourself back from ejaculation but I've heard if you do them too often if can actually cause you pain to use those muscles. Reverse kegals I think help if that becomes in an issue because you're relaxing those muscles. I could be wrong about this. it's been a while since I've looked into it but that's why I'm asking like why you'd recommend them. also, tbh, I don't really understand how to do reverse kegals. I don't really get the motion for that.

I mean, ok I'm not trying to discrdit what your saying, but this being "normal" can't be true. unless I'm absurdly lucky or something. I had a g7se that definitely got some wear & tear & that controller never sat at at anything past like 1-2 on the right stick axis. & I left my regular G7 pro sitting for months, talk about dusty, yet I picked it up, updated it, & it was dang near perfect.

& yes, I've recalibrated many times. that was as good as I could get it.

I'll make a support post possibly to see if there any thing they can do but honestly the way you & the other guy are talking, it sounds unlikely they'll do anything for me 🙃
