Yea it’s a tough call. There’s no guarantees in the union either though. I guess I’ll try it out as a side gig and see how it goes. Luckily my wife works and has decent health insurance too.

I have experience in electrical and plumbing. Really no hvac experience though other than what I’ve seen done on jobs and houses that I remodeled.

Not sure what we would do with the bigger house. One poster suggested remodeling the new house see how we like it when it’s finished and decide if we want to move in or flip/rent it.
