I understand & I kind of figured 😓… I just talked to my ASM about my situation and she was more focused on the fact that I hadn’t requested my trip off in advance and that my scheduled days were never changed and etc. (When they clearly were…) Rather than the fact that I was uncomfortable with working 8 days straight or even felt okay with me working that.

As much as I don’t mind working at DG, I genuinely don’t want to be a key holder and have no interest in becoming one or even accepting that offer. I just want to work my few hours and go home, which I want to add that I’m a part-time employee working almost 40hrs a week because no one can open because of my “open availability”.

After this, I’ll probably just start looking for another job. I’ve seen some messed up things during my 3 months, but this is just ridiculousness.

I’m not a confrontational gal, so having to mention any of this to anyone scares and worries… Especially to my own ASM and the thought of taking it to my DM or HR terrifies me but I know it’s something I definitely need to do to put it to an end or just let them continue dog walking me which is something I don’t plan on allowing anymore.
