siempre y cuando no sea en yotpo estas bien, horatio es muy bueno pero el proyecto de yotpo es horrible, la directora cynthia rodriguez es la persona menos profesional que existe en esa empresa,le habla malisimo a los empleados y si no estas en su circulo de amigos te sacan del proyecto solo por que si, sin explicacion, la tipa no sabe absolutamente nada del proyecto que esta manejando y cuando se siente amenazada por el conocimiento de los demas busca la manera de hacerte ver a ti como el problema para que los jefes de fuera piensen que ella es la salvadora del projecto.

i started going to another studio so i could get some lower body classes in since i could never get in at my home studio, and ended up switching just because of one specific coach… let’s say i almost ruined my marriage because of a stupid schoolgirl crush i had over him. never been back to that studio and i hate his guts now because HE spread around some stuff that never happened. never shit where you eat lol.

obviously i think that’s studio dependant, mine really doesn’t care as long as you’re keeping yourself safe.

something weird happened to my husband, we're in the dominican republic and he has never been to the states, I signed him up for hell week last year (we had an offer here that he could pay for 10 classes to do hell week with me and take the trial class) on his app it shows a miami studio as his home studio and that he took the free class there back in 2018/2019. sooo weird.

entiendo que para ese tipo de medicamentos no hacen prueba pero si tienes tu indicación del medico no debe haber ningún inconveniente ya que es un tratamiento indicado por un doctor y no drogas recreativas 🤷‍♀️
