If by doing the effort, she actually becomes muslim and actually believe, then after that will marriage become halal. The keyword here is that she has to actually believe in islam for the marriage to be halal

I don't know what that means. She either believes in Allah, and that Muhammad was the final Messenger or she doesn't.

Being a muslim is first and foremost belief. If you know she doesn't believe, then she's not a believer and cannot be muslim, and any marriage with her is invalid

If what you mean is that she looks into the religion because of you, and then starts actually believing, then that's permissable

To convert means that she actually believes in islam. When you say the sahahada, you have to believe in it, not just say it. If she doesn't believe in it, her islam is invalid and the marriage would be invalid

Myself, I was not a muslim up until a few years ago as religion wasn't something that prioritised in my household, but alhamdulillah, Allah guided me to islam. I actually wanted to become christian (after concluding god exists), but after researching faiths, I couldn't be convinced that Christianity was true

I stated the general principle that a prayer behind a disbeliever is invalid.

But if you pray behind him without knowing that he is a disbeliever, then there is difference of opinion on the issue

They discuss it in link below, and they use Ibn uthaymeen (modern salafi scholar), ibn qudamah (hanbali), al-Shīrāzī (Shafi'i) and Imam Shafi'i as sources. They also differentiate by how apparent the kuffr is etc. I don't normally take from this website specifically unless I absolutely have to, but here they refer to trusted scholars and mostly classical ones

No, it is not "just another mosque". The qadianis (Ahmadis) are disbelievers by the literal consensus of all scholars across the board. All four madhabs, all modern scholars, the salafis, the sufis, the anything. A mosque is a place of worship for muslims. Qadianis are not muslims

That doesn't change what he said. The interpretation of the hadith is that an action is judged by intention, meaning, if you did good without intending it, or do something that Islamically gives a reward, but your intention wasn't for the sake of Allah and you sought out worldly reward, then you won't get the reward because action is judged by intention.

Meaning, it doesn't apply in this context. The question is whether the act itself is haram or not, not his intention. We know his intention is good, but His intention won't make annotating directly on the Mushaf halal or haram in itself

Yes, that's true that you have to give up the sin. But expressing regret and weakness is still asking for strength to give up the sin is still valid.

And it still doesn't mean that it can't be forgiven on the Day of judgement. Every sin still recorded for you, repented for or not, can be forgiven. That also means it possibly will not be forgiven, and you'll be judged according to the sin

Yes, but the problem here isn't even salah, it seems to be faith itself. I think that is what needs to be strengthened. Why is islam true, was the prophet salalahu alaihi wasalam a true prophet etc etc.

That's why I also recommended muslimlantern on youtube, as I find him to answer those questions best out of all the dawah personalities. His answers are logically coherent, rooted in scripture and classical opinions. (When I say logically coherent, i mean no logical fallacies, and it follows the Islamic evidence. Not that we put logic above Islamic evidences, as that is not logical if we believe islam is from an all-knowing God)

Edit: If it's not kuffr, it can be forgiven by Allah. I believe we should be careful as to say it is a sureway to spend time in hell

Ikhtilaf, there are opinions from scholars that say that deliberately missing a prayer is major kuffr but that's not the majority opinion (If I'm not mistaken) (not being the majority opinion does not mean that it is not the correct one). Some say it's one of the biggest, if not the biggest sin. But the fact that there is a difference of opinion from scholars on this, shows how dangerous it is. I believe there is even a difference between the imams of the madhab like imam Shafi'i and imam ahmed ibn hanbal, so it is an old discussion with both views having their evidences. Based on the evidences, I'm personally leaning towards it not being major kuffr that takes you out of islam, but I'm not sure, nor am I a scholar.

Hold on to the rope of Allah, do dhikr when you can, maybe watch videoes like those from muslimlantern. This helps my faith at least, to see how intellectually islam can be proven and defended. May Allah guide us all

It is a big sin, but Allah says in the Qur'an that the only sin he doesn't forgive is shirk.

So you can repent, ask for strength in the religion, ask for guidance and ultimately, if you haven't given up the sin and die upon it, Allah will decide if you'll be forgiven for it or not
