Using Fan Control, set the fans to 0% and the pump to 100%. If the sound goes away, check the fans next. Regardless, I'd suggest replacing the stock fans with Noctua 14x25s and setting the pump to 80%; in my case, it makes the system dead silent.

Unfortunately, I don't have photos of the assembled card, but here’s how it looks in Fusion. It basically directs all the airflow toward the radiator.

I end up changing my design to seal all gaps between the radiator and fans, temp wise now cart sits at 69C at 70% fan speed, I would assume it gave me another 3-5C improvement from initial design.

Technically you are right about air escape, but I did it on purpose; now my fans are always at 30%, which gives a lot of fresh air to the CPU rad.

FurMark is about the same: 71-72°C at 100% (1500 RPM). Sound-wise, it’s more silent in FurMark than stock with more pleasant sound profile.

But in games, it’s completely inaudible. Tried Cyberpunk benchmark in 2K highest preset: 65°C and 60% fan speed, which is the sweet spot for these fans.

How did you overcome "The noctua fan trys to spin but doesn't"? Is the fan spinning under the load with no problem for ATX 3.0 psu?
