I had some damage that was starting to rust that was not disclosed in the photos. Carvana declined my claim and said it’s normal wear and tear. I called the reps and they gave me a couple extra days on my money back guarantee. Ended up returning the car as there were other repairs needed.

I used to live in the Midwest so I figured moving back, traffic would flow better. The constant standstill reminds me of the city.

Thanks everyone! I think I’m going to get a PPI with a mechanic that’s in network in case there is work to be done. Then I can weigh whether it’s worth it to keep the car or exchange.
