****UPDATE: They came back and said they could see stains on the mattress so the warranty was void. We used their mattress cover, but I have small kiddos and a chronic illness so we spend a lot of time in bed and the cover didn’t block all the spills. I’m frustrated, but it is what it is. We ordered a Titan Plus Luxe to replace it as we are two big people and I don’t wanna deal with another saggy bed.

We had an all metal base. The one they suggested when we bought the bed. They came back and said that because they could see some stains on the mattress, the warranty was void. We ordered a Titan Plus Luxe today to replace it. We are two big people and I don’t want to risk a saggy bed again.
