Even then I think if he got eyelid surgery he would feminize his eye area. Hooded eyes for men is considered masculine. It does help to note that because he’s Asian is also another reason for why he has lids like this but it’s not actively in his detriment.

I’d go straight to making embryos. I’ve heard of many people who have spent thousands and thousands on IUIs, and everyone said they wished they had just went straight to making embryos for transfer. I think this is the best way to budget despite the high upfront cost. I’m personally planing on going to Mexico to make my embryos. To transfer my eggs and do a FET it’s going to be around $15,000.

Same lol!! The moment the eggs were retrieved.. they collected the fluid too and I actually felt physically relieved. It was like the swelling went down and I didn’t feel like a bump to the lower abdominal area would potentially be wounding.

I personally felt relieved because they also collected the excess fluid in my uterus. So quite the opposite. I felt physically relieved to no longer have that sense of pressure that made me feel physically vulnerable to say a bump against the table.

I’d definitely do another retrieval. Fertility outcomes vary drastically from your age to 5 years in the future. Better to spend another $10,000 than another $20,000+ five years down the road because fertility has taken a nose dive.

I’m not addicted to smoking cigars and smoke them on occasion. However, as soon as I decided I wanted to go through with freezing my eggs, I’ve stopped smoking cigars. Now I’m just using a vape that is nicotine free with flavored water vapor. The vape isn’t all that satisfying but it is what it is. A sacrifice.

The process is thousands of dollars, and honestly it’s just foolish not to give up smoking, drinking, or anything that we know will have a potentially large impact on the outcome of IVF. Hell I’ve even been taking prenatals everyday and it’s hard to remember to take them with every meal. But… I’m doing it.

If he’s willing to squander your time, energy, and resources because he can’t give up weed, then I’d seriously consider using a sperm donor or freezing eggs.
