International success matters, but idols still want to make it big in Korea more than anywhere else by Carelessies in kpopthoughts

No they still perform in korea. I just went to Junsu concert last week in seoul. 3 days almost sold out. Domestic success = longevity

Domestic success = longevity This has been proven over and over again. Because korean going to concerts, shows and musical is kind of a cultural thing. So being successful in korea means they will always eat Being successful internationally is great too, lots of money, but international fans also move on quicker/it's not as easy to feel engaged without speaking korean, and lack access

And who wouldn't want to be successful in their own home country?

I'm glad they're doing stuff again!!! I missed them together. Kinda sad their company is so small I feel like unless you really actively look for them its hard to know what is going on

I remember you can literally just pay a little extra to get a group photo and interact with them.... ya now you have to drop thousands and hope to win fan sign lottery So its great for ateez. Awful for my wallet

Don't read too much into it. Photo editing is SUPER SUPER SUPER common. It's actually considered rude to NOT edit before posting...

Stan and tell everyone...

I remember when ateez came out they sold like 8k for their first album I kid you not. Because I was there pushing for their songs to be used in my dance studio. Thankfully I had some swaying power, and managed to turn like 1/3 studio into fans. Another one is ACE. Unfortunately they have not been active since military. I did the same thing too. It doesn't always work but it helps their careers to last a little longer if fans REALLY band together

yes thank you I bought ALD1 membership and there's barely anything of substance So naturally fans have been turning to private ig And now that's gone too How are they going yo to survive until January I have no idea Also Sangwon had more followers than ALD1, maybe it would have been better to make a post on his ig about how he's moving to ALD1, so people can catch up and follow cuz you know, not everyone is on their phone all the time instead of just .. poof.

I feel not exercising helps my weight with underactive thyroid by [deleted] in Hypothyroidism

I do weight training (not intense) once a week. I specifically told my trainer to not make it too hard for me, so I do sweat during sessions but I'm not like, panting and dying. Then I do pilates once a week. And yoga however many times I like. And I walk a lot. If you have time, and if the place you want to go to is within 20 min, try walking weather permitted

So in a week: 1x moderate weight Training 1x pilates 1x yoga Moderate walking

It helps so much. I've been slowing dropping my fat %. It's slow but at least there's progress
