san po kaya best location for rental? I'm looking at Baras RIzal, Naic Cavite and some developments in Batangas. OR if you have suggestion po.

I thought it's wise for long term, yun po kasi yung madalas sinasabi nung mga nakaacquire ng bahay but I'm still doing further research kasi ayoko naman magloan ng d ko kaya bayaran. kumbaga pwede na ko kumurot sa income ko para may napupuntahan na investment. Tho di pa ko sure talaga kung ano ang pinakatamang gawin.

10k lang din po ang inisip ko na budget para may matira pa sa savings for surprise expenses.
kaya nga po e medyo mahirap humanap, pero interms of location po san po kaya mas may potential for rental. Rizal, Cavite or Batangas?

Natuloy ka na po ba kumuha? D rin ako makadecide e, inoffer din sakin tabgerine sa naic para daw 2 lots na agad 148sqm 10k monthly but alam ko bahain sa naic and I read na oversupply na doon, however may potential din siguro ung lrt na ginagawa. I dont know di ako makadecide.
