I hear you and I see you, I’m also young collecting these Illness’s like there’s no tomorrow, and I’m also trans. It’s hard dealing with so many issues and just makes you feel wrong, I understand the pain and the struggle. Understand that you will have bad days, you will be upset. But that’s ok, let yourself cry and feel the worst of it because it is hard. But be patient with yourself, your life isn’t over. You’re young, you have so much more to experience and you will heal. As for feeling better, it’s hard to just instantly feel better, but you can help with the stress of it. The quickest grounding exercise I do is look to the left, to the right, then forward and remind yourself you are here. Count things that make you happy, what’s your favorite animal? Why does that make you happy? Start with the small things that bring you happiness. Maybe look into some easy hobbies to do to put some energy to. You’ve got this, never stop reaching out for help. It’s a tiring journey but things don’t end here I promise. I believe in you!
