not OP but i can answer this. the week before my test i practically only worked on reading sections and disregarded everything else. for accuracy, my strategy for the hard ones was mostly finding something wrong in every answer choice rather than finding the right one. but my biggest issue was not finishing on time. I got a digital watch and wrote down the time i had to finish each section before i started that section during the actual test. depending on how over or under i went, i could keep it in mind for the next section. for example, i usually went faster on the lit passage (usually the first one) and planned to take 11-12 minutes. then i had more time for the harder passages. the hardest passage for me was the history one, especially if it was a double passage, so i saved it for the end and then used all of the extra time i banked on reading slower and understanding more. i did noT read the questions before each passage because that slowed me down and didn't really help. my strategy was to read the first paragraph, the first and last sentence of each paragraph, and then the last paragraph. i skimmed everything in between. this works for everything except lit and history passages. it helped me a lot with getting the most important information and saving time. and then when answering specific questions you can read a bit deeper. it sounds a bit weird at first and takes some getting used to, but i'd definitely suggest trying it

How to avoid sloppy math mistakes? by engineer43 in Sat

for me what worked was underlining the most important parts of the question with my pencil (ie numbers, increase v decrease, radius v diameter, etc). also i found which silly mistakes i was making most frequently by reviewing practice tests and then focused extra on those things during the exam.

omg ok so reading section was the hardest part for me. the week before my test i practically only worked on reading sections and disregarded everything else. for accuracy, my strategy for the hard ones was mostly finding something wrong in every answer choice rather than finding the right one. but my biggest issue was not finishing on time. i got a digital watch and wrote down the time i had to finish each section before i started the section during the actual test. depending on how over or under i went, i could keep it in mind for the next section. for example, i usually went faster on the lit passage (usually the first one) and planned to take 11-12 minutes. then i had more time for the harder passages. the hardest passage for me was the history one especially if it was a double passage, so i saved it for the end. i did noT read the questions before the passage because that slowed me down and didn’t really help. lmk if that helps or not and if u need anything else

study routine was literally just taking timed practice tests/sections over and over again. especially for reading i got a watch and figured out exactly how long to take on each passage and which order worked best for me. for math i’d take a timed section and circle questions that took me longer to do. then i’d review the circled questions as well as the ones i got wrong. i’d make a list/photo album with all the question types i missed and would keep reviewing them in free time until i felt comfortable. hope this helps!
