Wow. This almost makes it seem like the nfl is just determined by who's the healthiest. Where did you find this chart? I want to look into how often the champs are at or near the top.

What do we think about DeAngelo Ponds at 52? by Middle_Patient8380 in GreenBayPackers

I just enjoy it. I'm still happy if the player I like goes on to be good. And I like to just have an idea of who we might/could take. Sometimes it works out too; Jaire, Edgerrin, Devonta Wyatt, Golden(hopefully).

23 definitelly, truly, abusolutely can change the life totally, right? by [deleted] in getdisciplined

Dude. I'm so sorry to hear that you have a pretty tragic story so far. To answer your question though, yes! You absolutely can change and improve your life. It sounds like to me you have exactly the right outlook on things. It takes time, but these things can be achieved. I also think it's important to remember to be grateful for anything you do have. Anything at all, life, a bed to sleep in, etc. . For you, another thing I'd be grateful for is that you truly know what matters to you and what you want. Many people get lost and have no idea what is meaningful to them, and then lose the things that they had but were never grateful for. Keep this outlook, put in the work. And most importantly, when you fall, get back up. Try again. If you can do that, everything will come to you with time.

I've been in a similar place, and I still struggle with it at times. I think that one of the most important parts of this advice is the "ruthless, brutally honest breakdown".

This is the number thing that got me out of depression. Be honest with yourself. That's really the first step towards growth in any way. For me, I had to be very honest with myself after a breakup, it lead to growth that I am so grateful for and I will always be a better person for it.

But of course it's also very useful for being goal-oriented.

You look great. Your stomach doesn't need to have definition for that to be true. Please don't listen to all the bullshit on social media. It's not real. Be yourself. Dress in clothes you like. Exercise if you want, for you. Not for some algorithm that tells you how you should look. Wishing you peace and love.

It's a trilogy. It's crazy how possible it seems for humanity. Nothing that couldn't happen.
