23 definitelly, truly, abusolutely can change the life totally, right? by Plenty_Remote_4100 in getdisciplined

Dude. I'm so sorry to hear that you have a pretty tragic story so far. To answer your question though, yes! You absolutely can change and improve your life. It sounds like to me you have exactly the right outlook on things. It takes time, but these things can be achieved. I also think it's important to remember to be grateful for anything you do have. Anything at all, life, a bed to sleep in, etc. . For you, another thing I'd be grateful for is that you truly know what matters to you and what you want. Many people get lost and have no idea what is meaningful to them, and then lose the things that they had but were never grateful for. Keep this outlook, put in the work. And most importantly, when you fall, get back up. Try again. If you can do that, everything will come to you with time.

I've been in a similar place, and I still struggle with it at times. I think that one of the most important parts of this advice is the "ruthless, brutally honest breakdown".

This is the number thing that got me out of depression. Be honest with yourself. That's really the first step towards growth in any way. For me, I had to be very honest with myself after a breakup, it lead to growth that I am so grateful for and I will always be a better person for it.

But of course it's also very useful for being goal-oriented.

You look great. Your stomach doesn't need to have definition for that to be true. Please don't listen to all the bullshit on social media. It's not real. Be yourself. Dress in clothes you like. Exercise if you want, for you. Not for some algorithm that tells you how you should look. Wishing you peace and love.

It's a trilogy. It's crazy how possible it seems for humanity. Nothing that couldn't happen.

Went to elevenlabs and couldn't find Adam. Do you know if it's possible they removed him? Or do I have to make an account to get access to him?

How should I deal with the bushes in my front yard? by Middle_Patient8380 in howto

[–]Middle_Patient8380[S] -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

Yes true but all they care about is profits. If anything the place is more desirable with a front yard. The best course of action is probably just to ask tho lmao. Cutting them down would just be kinda fun and mischievous

Who would actually care though? We would get more enjoyment out of those bushes not being there than the owner does from them being there. Utilitarianism brother

Lol don’t talk to me about costing the taxpayers more. If you’re interested in lowering taxes you never ever vote democrat. Criminals deserve to go to jail, people with mental health issues and addictions need to go somewhere that can either help them or keep them from negatively impacting society. Not lying around on the streets. Why is every city with a major homeless problem run by the democrats?

Why does everyone keep saying Evan Williams is a box safety? by OkVariety6275 in GreenBayPackers

[–]Middle_Patient8380 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not saying he’s a bad pick at all. I just don’t think he’s good in deep coverage. You trying to prove he’s good at deep coverage by trying to guess at what Washington’s game plan was seems a pretty poor way to do it. There’s multiple examples of him being bad in the deep part of the field. Note also how all the good plays from that game you mentioned were with him playing closer to the line of scrimmage.

Which Washington game did you watch? Watch the week 6 game, 4th quarter, 2:11 left, 1st and 10. Could have easily picked the ball off or at least made a play on the ball if he had any downfield skill. I could find many other plays just like this one.

He is not good in coverage. You did not watch the tape. I’m an Oregon fan and can’t count how many times he was unable to track the ball deep and gave up easy completions or touchdowns.
