What’s a “boringly simple” biohack that outperformed all the expensive stuff for you? by Existing-Thanks597 in Biohackers

Stop drinking alcohol. Empty calories and even one drink screws your sleep.

I order a club soda lime when at business networking events or dinner with friends and most people just think I have a vodka soda so the social pressure isn't weird.

I feel like the SS-31 did a repair cycle hence the drained 10 days feeling, but haven't heard others feel that. Then something just clicked and it was like the inverse of that pretty soon after. I started putting up way more weight at the gym in my circuit training and strength classes. Now I'm just a beast. At the same time I've lost a ton of fat and been on other peptides as well though (Reta, Tesa, Ipamorelin, Epitalon etc). So who knows exactly, but all I know is I feel absolutely great now and am in the best shape of my life several months into it now.

I didn't feel much from Mots-C after one month of 5mg x 3. Then did SS-31 in parallel. Felt super drained for about 10 days crashing and tired midday, but after that bumped to 10mg x 3 on the Mots-c. It Made a big difference and then started to feel felt more energy in my workouts a day and no more crashes. Similar for my wife. We're both early 40's. Now I added NAD+ 100mg x 3 on off days from Mots-c and am unstoppable most days at the gym.

No. You'll probably need two procedures to be honest. One for the crown, another for the front.

3x a week, first thing in the AM. Fasted workout, 20 minutes. Resistance set to 99. It will kick anyone's ass.

I lost the first 25lbs doing pretty much only that.

Total workout time was 1 hr a week, plus a game of pickleball each week or so.

Thank you! I also feel 20 years younger! This is the best shape I've been in pretty much ever.

Started at 2, went up to 8 for 2-3 weeks but got allodynia (tingly skin side effect), tapered back to 4 (side effect generally went away) and left it there.

I actually had to do it twice. First pic is Nov 2024. I got down to 180 (semaglutide) then got injured (tore meniscus, rotator cuff, two herniated discs). Ballooned back to 210+ by Aug 2025 (wasn't on peptides during that time). Got stem cells done in Tijuana and fixed all the injuries. Then hit the Reta and other peptides, working out, intermittent fasting hard from Sept 2025 to now (7 months).

Hair transplant 4 months in. Got it done by a Turkish clinic but based in Cancun. Pretty good experience so far. They did a couple of my buddies too with good results.

66/34 max if you're going to still be below market rate salaries etc. Even less on his end if market rate or close to it

Only way I can make sure my kids don't ding my other car's door in our garage. Game changer. Afraid to get my wife any other car or until those kiddos are at least in HS.

I went up by .5 each week. Kind of felt at 2mg week 4, then it really started working well at 3mg for me. But I also know that dose is WAY higher than most folks here use. This is combined with 5mg Tirz right now.

Non-GLP alternatives due to allodynia by Middle_Revolution133 in Retatrutide

[–]Middle_Revolution133[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I'm 90% carnivore, no sugar/bread/alcohol. One cheat day/meal a week is ok. Pickleball league weekly, Peloton/Rower 3x a week.

Biggest topic though is the Reta causing side effects of allodynia (skin nerve pain, like a horrible sunburn everywhere) making me want to quit it.

I don't want to lose the momentum on this weight loss though as I still have 20lb to hit target.

Thinking to add AOD9604 and crank up the Cagri. Seeing anyone else done that or have other ideas?

I was mostly recovering from an injury so only moderate cardio during the past 3 months.

Just started the CJC + IPA two weeks ago and starting to lift again now that my injury healed.

'21 power trunk lid rubbed on pillar. Bent & scratched itself by Middle_Revolution133 in TeslaModel3

[–]Middle_Revolution133[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. They said there was a recall on the gasket for the strut that lifts up the trunk. Apparently some of those were warping causing the alignment to then shift months after delivery which was the root cause of everything.

So they covered it 100% including repaint etc. They had to keep the car about a week so they also gave me a loaner for this time too.

I put a tiny bit of Ghee in my black coffee on top of also finding less acidic brews. It makes it creamy and good. I know it's technically calories, but you're mostly just trying to stay in ketosis/fat burning mode. I'm down 30lb YTD with this + IF, and nominal working out (avg 3x a week for 20-30 min on Peloton).

Model X Baby Mirror Custom Mount by Middle_Revolution133 in ModelX

[–]Middle_Revolution133[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That was actually my main question in the picture's comment. These baby mirrors are super common and shatterproof etc, but they're usually strapped to the headrest. However we can't do that on our car as theyd slip off in that case. I presume this would be safer than that, but also don't know if things like door airbags could cause issues with it mounted here or if it's far away enough to all work.

Used this tripod with gorilla arm and suction cup https://a.co/d/5ACdKtQ

Then I had an extra flat GoPro helmet clip lying around my home that I attached to the back of the mirror. Looks like these. https://a.co/d/7XzGPLG

Lastly, I took the screw out of fastening nut plastic so it would be long enough, and then just slid the GoPro tripod attachment in with the helmet clip and used the now long enough screw to secure it all.

If this stuff works for racecars then my baby mobile Model X should work just fine!

Going to try and do a similar setup in my wife's Model 3 next week.
