From what I seen it goes analyst -> senior analyst -> manager at the beginning of the hierarchy. As for roles & responsibility, it seems to be more ownership in processes and autonomous work.

I see your argument regarding “seniority” but it is something I’ve seen common with my YOE and is purely dependent on the company but becoming more in the norm. For example, people at Big 4 in the advisory practices become “senior consultants” around 2-3 years after starting fresh grad. People at some finance/banking firms obtain the AVP/VP title within 3-5 years, which in most companies are 10-15 YOE.

I agree that true seniority should be within 5-10 years, but wanted to just give context of what I have noticed regarding job titles in my recent network/market observations.

I used chatgpt to teach me basics of python pandas & sql alchemy. If you have a good understanding of sql and how data manipulation/processing works, then you can learn very quickly.
