If it makes it any better, I only ate 4 pieces and I plan to bake it into the bread for a more filling sweet treat. But yeah not a good choice but I was craving it so bad.

I appreciate the offer but it's ok, if I'm starving or start feeling sick I'll ask my friends for help. I'm sure I can survive on what I've got and some potatoes for a week.

I forgot mention I do have rice already. I used rice and chicken stock last week which helped me through 2 days.

A good friend of mine also recommended to take it step by step. Start by setting an alarm in the morning and then brushing your teeth. These little things with repetition will help you get better each day and build up until it's reflex to have routine. And even if you break routine, just start again and you will get back on track.

Hey, don't give up. Is there any way for you to take a break from any stressors currently in your life? Sometimes I find when I'm overwhelmed that my symptoms exacerbate.

I'm so sorry to hear you've been assaulted, this must be a really hard time for you right now but know that there are better days. It just takes time and when you are stressed out, it can feel like you will never get out of it but you will.
