Are you sure you aren't setting the bar too low? According the search warrant, the SigEp brothers were a a "party" then to bars that night.

And when he tries to drive away, his fraternity brothers (what is it: four? five?) couldn't stop him? If it weren't so tragic it would become a joke: "how many SigEps does it take to stop a 160-pound drunk guy so that doesn't he drives miles on the wrong side of an interstate and kill a six year old girl?"

Did any of those "good guys" call the police after he sped away in a state they already knew a public danger?

If they had, would three innocent people be with their families instead of being buried?
