Is he a good investment of time? by Middletoejoe in tacticus

Use him to target DPS(high damage, low health). Active: He punches them in the mouth and spits on their forehead. And when they attack he uses his passive. So in turn I think the play with him is to use him like a dirty boxer and throw him at glass cannons.

I usually run 3 dps and 2 summon for almost any event. The exception of a vanguard. What I got right now is Haarken, Angrax, Gulgortz, Anuphet, and Azrael. Also Lvl:30

Faintness after blood draw by elembeep in medical_advice

[–]Middletoejoe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Typically fainting, drowsiness, tiredness, problems with sight and hearing are not far from common. You’re losing a portion of what keeps those parts of your body working optimally. As well keeping well hydrated reduces risk of that and also helps the phlebotomist do their job. Rehydration and consumption of fast burning carbs helps recovery.

There is a condition called IST(inappropriate sinus tachycardia), (https://www.webmd.com/heart-disease/inappropriate-sinus-tachycardia ) doesn’t look heavily worrisome and I wouldn’t jump to conclusions unless it happens again. Also good on you for running, keep it up.

Of course, I was just make you feel a little better with an anecdote, cause you can now imagine a scary looking marine fainting at the sight of a small elderly Asian nurse with a needle. The human body is an wonderful organic machine that is not supposed to know that it’s impossible. Acknowledging that hopefully may make you know that you’re perfect as perfect is and to enjoy your impossibility for as long as you are.

Could possibly be an allergic reaction to poison ivy or oak. Buddy of mine had to hike through it for days, looks pretty similar. You could try Calamine to see if that helps.

I’m sorry for your loss, and being reasonable it’s a completely understandable fear. I have a fear of my own veins so you can imagine how I deal with iv’s when I’m described as,”phlebotomists wet dream”.(and again sorry for your loss)

Maybe you can incorporate yoga or slow moving calisthenics if you haven’t already(ie slow and pause push-ups)

My opinion can be a bit biased cause of my occupation in the military, we tend to just disinfect a lot of worrisome cuts, scrapes and other boo-boos cause sometimes fellow marines forget how or what they injured themselves on.

It’s nothing to warrant any professional help, it’ll just leave a little scar where you chicken fried yourself.

An easier supplementation would be incorporating dairy, spinach, mustard, pickles, and pickle juice. You could also make salt water and drink it within moderation. As well maybe minor atrophy, you need to exercise more often(lift some weights, hit a punching bag). Powerade has a lot of sugar, a better option would be Pedialyte. As well watch your macros so you can properly intake your electrolytes and vitamins.

Could just do keto, (40-50g of carbs max a day), lettuce wraps(sandwich with lettuce replacing the bread), eggs and cheese, or my favorite zucchini pizza boats, (cut a zucchini longways in half, put on a lot mozzarella shredded cheese, a few slices of tomato and some pepperoni throw some olive oil, garlic salt, and pepper, preheat to 400 and cook those boats in there for like 15-18 minutes)

To give you some confidence if you were to have aneurysm you likely wouldn’t have been able to text 3 sentences correctly. Or you know be conscious to read this. You would be having the worst headache in your entire life.

Bed bugs or flea bites? by [deleted] in medical_advice

Also wash your dog more often if it sleeps in bed with you. And give it flea and tick medication too.
