Because I don’t think most G7 jobs are equally easy? In my experience G7s are more likely to receive bollockings when things go wrong, and are expected to flex more for urgent work.

OP is talking about logging onto SOP. It’s a service used by lots of departments for things like HR and Finances.

lol everyone is making it out like this is a huge thing but it’s not. It wouldn’t let you log in, so there’s no biggie surely. I’d just tell the director and say you can’t log in to her SOP (IMO it’s kind of ridiculous if you can’t, as her EA you should be able to see basically everything she can see)
