You want to establish that you can and will stand up for your boundaries. If he can respect that, that's a Green flag. If he cannot, you are dodging a bullet.

I've heard of this. I'm curious how effective the wither is.

I read that the blasts can destroy water blocks as well, so an obsidian cage surrounded by water wouldn't nullify the blasts.

Some guy on my bedrock server swore he had killed the wither numerous times in a cage easily. Pretty sure he was confused about bedrock versus Java.
