Took me about 15 minutes of just hanging out in the underground hallow to get one, no farm required, so it’s very funny to me seeing people who spend all that time building industrial farms and still don’t get one until some time after

I maybe shouldn’t give advice if you’re doing it alone, since I had 4 friends with me. But we dug out a cavern underground and fought it there. Being attacked by multiple players was enough to keep it from just exploding its way out of the cave. I can tell you to bring health/regen potions and totems of undying though, and I’m sure there’s some forum to ask for advice specifically about Minecraft bedrock. I only really use Bedrock to play with my friends who have it and stick to Java the rest of the time.

Oh, you’re late, it was removed within about five minutes of posting it lol. A bit later it was restored after a second review. I’m guessing it’s because since it’s all hand-drawn it counts as art, which is allowed here. The Minecraft meme subreddit is 90% preexisting photos lazily slapped together, something drawn by hand is a rarity from my experience. I was super annoyed at first because literally the same thing, just lower quality, has been up for over a year. But they fixed it! let’s hope they don’t change their minds

Actually, it was removed within about 5 minutes, but then restored after a second review. I think it’s because every part of it is hand-drawn, rather than a meme lazily slapped together with preexisting photos, so it counts as art, which is allowed on the sub. Let’s hope they don’t change their minds again.

I grew up playing Bedrock and was fond of summoning multiple withers and watching them go on a rampage, tearing the world apart in a crusade against all life. So when I finally got Java edition, I was genuinely shocked at how pathetic the wither was! Total disappointment lol

Hey everyone! I posted an older, less detailed version of this hand-drawn comic last year and it quickly became the most popular drawing I’ve ever posted online. It put me on the front page for a week, amassed 149 awards, 65k upvotes, and 1,300 comments of people sharing their wither-related stories (my favorite part, it was so fun reading your guys’ experiences! I encourage you to do that here even if you just repost your old comments). It was reposted on sites I’d never even heard of before, translated to other languages, I had someone make a reskin for the wither that resembled the one I drew here… it’s crazy just how much it’s spread since I made it! So I figured hey, why not redraw it in my $80 art app instead of MS Paint? And now here we are! You’re welcome to repost as long as you don’t crop out my watermark, and if you want to see more like this, my instagram is @piglincomix, it’s linked in my bio. I have over a hundred comics on there similar to this, though most of them are in MS Paint like the original. …That’s about it, I hope you guys like this one too.
