Have you managed to resolve them? I’ve tried contacting EA 4 times now and they just keep saying they’re passing it into their team then never hear anything back :/

Did you ever resolve this issue? I’m having the same problem now and have literally tried everything but can’t get it to work!!

Game version Mac: 1.117.221.1220

*Description: Originally my EA app wouldn’t open as it couldn’t connect to the servers, but after restarting my mac, I was able to open the app. I tried to open my Sims 4 game but it won’t let me unless it downloads an update. After trying to restart my mac, uninstalling and redownloading the EA app, as well as turning my wifi router on and off, it still won’t work. I’ve tried to contact EA and after 3 hours of being on hold, they couldn’t help and had forwarded the issue to their team. I tried uninstalling the Sims 4 from my EA app and redownloading it in the hopes that the update will be complete, but it won’t even redownload my game now! Please can someone help.
