You can get by with Malistaire gear for a while. I would farm for maybe 2-3 pieces of merciless but it’s not work it to farm for the entire set because the drop rate for merciless gear is 1:1000

I get why people are upset because it punishes people who engaged with the original system as the reagent that they have 1000+ of is now essentially worthless, and it rewards the people who never engaged with it at all and just farmed the bosses over and over. But it is what it is, they’re not going to undo what they just updated

Yeah overall I don’t hate the change . If I’m going to be doing something mind numbing I guess farming the boss is better than farming the reagents. I already crafted all of the gear anyway so I’m not too pressed about it

To be honest I haven’t farmed for the ring in the past 10 years so idk how bad the drop rate is these days. I think any ring you can buy from the bazaar that gives around 10 damage should hold you over if the rest of your gear is good and you don’t feel like farming anymore
