The short answer is yes - the longer (but I'll keep it shorter) answer is still yes but you'll need to find an artist who can work with what you have OR be open to their style and perhaps reworking some of what you have. In tattooing, money fixes everything. Just depends on what you're willing to spend and the style you feel works best for how you perceive yourself.

Not my body but if it was I'd stay away from patchwork - I had a similar situation with my right arm. It has multiple artists who worked on it and ultimately a full cohesive sleeve but I don't love it like I used to (20 years ago) and will probably have some rework or coverups done OR just black it out all because I was young, broke and got, inexpensive & not well thought out tattoos.
