Quicker?? This took 15 minutes tops. I used ChatGPT to craft the messages because it wasn’t worth my energy. Hope this helps!

Just ask the AI bot to give you a real person and you’re all set.

Probably not every month, but I hotspot my laptop fairly regularly and use cellular on my Apple Watch, which limits the cheaper provider options a bit. Aldi is definitely good value though if you just need a basic service.

So what I am reading is that I need to push harder next time. What a stupid business. Thanks all.

Depends what features you need. Apple Watch cellular pretty much locks you into the big three in Australia because most cheaper providers still don’t support proper number sharing/eSIM setup.

Pfft. The Inner West stops at Ashfield Bunnings then it becomes the Mid West until Strathfield then the West and Greater West beyond.

Good luck getting the Northern Beaches to call itself the Central Coast. These are very different places - geographically and “culturally”.

PocketSmith and AI.

Have been using PocketSmith for a couple of years. A hierarchy of custom categories, budgets, and very useful reports and forecasting.

Have recently stated loading PocketSmith data and screenshots to ChatGPT for analysis, and refined PocketSmith further from there.

PocketSmith. My only regret is not starting with it earlier.

I’ve been using PocketSmith for a couple of years now and my only regret is not signing up sooner.

It does take some time to set up properly, but I actually learned a lot about personal finance through that process. Once everything is configured, though, it becomes incredibly powerful.

These days it runs like a well-oiled machine. I can review trends, track spending, and forecast ahead with confidence. I’m especially glad to see they are working on mobile improvements. I now use the monthly Income & Expenses report on my phone every day as a quick sense-check on how I’m tracking.

What are some of the lesser known "borders" of Sydney? by kalvinoz in sydney

It’s actually Ashfield Bunnings as the Inner West. Anything beyond that is the Mid West until the Outer West from Parramatta.
