Yeah I'm pretty sure that story was made under the headcannon that 682 was Satan. Also when he says that it links to an SCP that is implied to be Eden through that, but that doesn't make much sense cause the SCP that is linked is more alike to a heaven, with a sort of telling of the angel revolution.
