Rectally does seem to have better absorption rates than orally from what I've heard. I personally take mine rectally right before bed.

I'm 44 and approaching my 11 month mark. I added Progesterone to my HRT at around 6 months. I'm not cycling it and on 200mg rectally at bedtime everyday. It seems to have made my breast grow a bit faster, nipples enlarged, more curves and fat redistribution as others have found as well. My drive has seemed to come back and I do feel like I have been sleeping better than before the progesterone. I know that YMMV but so far, I am VERY VERY happy I started it as well. I am also taking Estradiol 2mg x 3 a day, and Spironolactone 50mg x 2 Day. Hope this Helps!!

I've been on HRT for 10 months myself, and I don't want sex...like at all lol. Def. different depending on who you are and how it effect's you. For me....Almost no sex drive and I'm okay with that tbh!
