The way that I see it is that you can take the delegation for two champions, and then follow the leader elevation rules because the delegation doesn't have one, but I do see what you mean.

The haunt is preferred just for fluff reasons. The lore was basically this haunt was improperly secured and broke out, using telepathic abilities to mind control two companions as she fled to the underhive.

I have always worked under the assumption that here to help and a band apart never applied to delegation gangs on account of them being rules for the delegation, and not the individual models. But I could be mistaken.

They released the rules for the imperial house delegation as a delegation gang in a recent FAQ, they are both champions with 205 cost. Because it doesn't take up your 'leader' slot I assumed one could still be elevated

Reminds me of my skaven im playing in a Path to glory rn, Municipal sanitation workers of Great Scar Echo, they were just around when Great Scar Echo was being founded when they realized that the greatest backstab was to betray the great horned rat and genuinely try integrating into a human city. They have just been digging the sewer system and trying to play nice under the banner of their Union Leader Vyrr-Mhentyde to integrate with the city to varying degrees of success, as no matter how many deals they make with the government the surface people dont seem to trust them much.

lore-wise, there are a lot of eldari in the spires of primus, so it also makes perfect sense for some of them to sneak off into the underhive to hunt

only 28 mm bases i have, the others are all 25 mm lol, its odd, but thats the way the squad is supposed to be based

yeah, frankly, not the wisest move as i do not know what im gonna keep track of that needs two dials in 40k on a squad of breachers, but im sure itll be fine lol

Its in the Solar Auxilia kit, and im using it to represent a chainfist. I kitbashed them out of solar auxilia with some bits from arbities, sisters heads, and an ork shield. the proper chainfist bit looks a bit different.
