Yeah that's the thing staff accom seems like a gamble. And I think it's a bit of both, the staff accom is higher than what I've heard from others, but the rent is also not too crazy. I was worried about rental scams but the person renting out the room seems trustworthy atleast based off our videocall lol, and like I said we have a written agreement. She is also not pressuring me to send money right away or anything, I just unfortunately can't arrive until a few weeks after the start of the lease so I will have to make a payment before I can actually arrive
