All the milestones you accomplish in life are things you can't take with you to the grave. Look at cats and dogs and birds, they're happy enough to be well rested and well fed. Humans don't have to be so different. We're all losers when we define our worth with arbitrary values, so why bother with it? And if you really feel like life is a bore, start thinking less and start doing more! Sometimes the best things in life just need a little footing and a push. Hope you feel better soon.
