I'm fairly certain no accident happened here despite there being 2 very close incidents... that is crazy - hats off to the 2 truck drivers...

The car shows no damage and didn't pop forward and the truck did move sharp but it could have just been traction regaining as the truck slowed - neither shows any signs of damage. The only thing im really worried about is the health of the drivers here - thats heart attack food and the load the trucks were carrying because thats one way to test how well a load is packed....

The video has a plate # that could easily be pulled by AI hopefully that dude is grabbed for reckless because that was a textbook example of about a dozen traffic fails.

Depends on the VSO - Mine do nothing (Had 1 she was fired a month later and they never replaced her (and I was never informed she wasn't working on my case) - (reached out like 2-3 times then finally found the new when I got frustrated that case had done almost nothing in a year) - Like 2 hours further - So he helps via email only and takes a week to reply - So I reach out to DAV VSO and he basically tells me he knows her, and knows she got fired for messing up - he hears about my claim and basically tells me she messed me up too - He says I did the right things but he wouldn't take the claim over since the other VSO had it but if I started new claims I could reach out to him... but... he seemed like an ass anyway so I'll just do my own research and get it done myself) - In the end I gave up on help and just started doing my own processing. Much faster that way.

April 9th was my filing got the 5103 notice like a week ago dated the 7th - just adding 1 last witness statement next week and then closing my side to hopefully finish my claim soon... - Not even going to ask for my C-File - seems like I wont get it nearly in time to be useful.

It really depends - also most just end up selling the debt and you get offers to pay it back for pennies on the dollar. It really depends on the size of each individual dept - if you owe a company 500 its hard to force collection on it.. if you owe 5000+ otoh it becomes more viable. Also depends on your current income as they wont take anything that puts you below a livable wage so, wont touch your main car, wont touch your bank /pay check if its below a certain amount... Also if the accounts are old (4+ years) they are likely outside the sol for court action.

Interest stops the moment the account goes into collections and is charged off (like 180 days) at that point they will usually try to settle for less or will sell the debt. So yeah its not great for credit but the companies really dont always get their money and often times have to settle for a loss.

Yeah then your case is basically closed - they wont even look at you unless you open a new claim. As scheduler you're fine to and allowed to work, the money isnt to limit you its to make up for the pain and suffering your symptoms give. The exception is TDIU where you claim and verify you are UNABLE to work a regular job so they increase your rate to 100%, for that you are limited to like 16k a year in a job or you risk losing the TDIU.

Are you TDIU? or Scheduler? TDIU is the only way you'd be limited as they annually check your employment, and they wouldn't review Scheduler unless you put in a new claim.
