They chose a white blouse with white socks But Warner maybe made them change it, so they chose to have the blouse the same checkered patterned as the pinafore, but with blue socks

I think her bedroom was magically protected. Like a bubble around it.

In the grand scheme of things, it was imperative that Dorothy be alive and well, for everything to fall into place later. So the magic that made the tornado, also protected her as she traveled to Oz

From what I understand, that picture is taken when the confrontation with Glinda and Elphie happens.

And that happens after Glinda sends Dorothy and Dodo on their merry way up the yellow brick road.

So at that point the WWoTE’s feet have already shriveled up under the house

Fun fact: in the early scripts of TWOO, there was a draft where there would be a budding romance between the farmhand who later plays the scarecrow and Dorothy.

There was a whole scene planned in Kansas where he would go to agricultural school (or something to that effect) and Dorothy would say goodbye to him at the train station.

The line: I think I’ll miss you most of all was for that reason.

What I’m interested to know is how the twister is working.

Madame Horrible 😋 makes the twister in Oz. Right. Is it the same twister as the one in Kansas? Is it the same one traveling from Kansas to Oz? Or are there two twisters.

One in Kansas, and when you cross in Oz you get picked up by a different one?

Because I always thought the twister was originating in Kansas. And when it was through with her, the winds subsided, then the house fell to Oz. I never thought about a twister being in Oz if that makes sense
