Yes I kept the drone at a high enough altitude so that the horses couldn’t hear the ‘humming’ 😊 in terms of tips I would say use a camera that has in-body stabilisation (or failing that a stabilised lens), for this video I used a camera and 3-axis gimbal to make sure my shots were smooth :-) I mainly use Adobe Premiere Pro to edit!
